Seattle pop project twinkle park released All Fall Floral through smiling broadly in October 2019, a four-track set made almost entirely by Hazel M. The songs use vocal synths rather than a named human singer, with Megurine Luka handling “Portrait in the Manor,” “Still Poor!! ” and “A Different Kind of Sweet,” while Hatsune Miku appears on the cover of “Overflowing Emotions.” That split gives the release a clear digital-pop identity, even before the track titles start doing their strange, playful work.
There isn't much surrounding information to pin down a wider scene, but the combination of home-built authorship, pop framing, and Vocaloid voices places it comfortably among small internet pop releases rather than a conventional band record. The third track is taken from the Vib Ribbon soundtrack by Laugh and Peace, an unusual choice that should catch the ear of anyone with a soft spot for game music and oddball covers. Hazel M. also made the artwork with Alyssa Dalangin. All Fall Floral is available free in FLAC 16/44 alongside several other formats, making it an easy pickup for Vocaloid fans, curious pop listeners, and anyone exploring the edges of Seattle's online music community.
