Eddy Current Suppression Ring’s In Light Of Recent Events is an 11-track release from the Melbourne act, recorded in 2025 at Squires Loft and scheduled for 26 May 2026. Its tracklist moves from “Self Sabotage” through “Past And Future”, with titles including “Bop”, “Turtle”, “Ivory Tower” and “Swimming Hole”. The supplied information doesn’t describe the instrumentation, production or dynamics, so it would be guesswork to attach claims about tempo, texture or resemblance to other bands.
What is clear is the release setup. It’s a paid edition available as MP3 320, FLAC 16/44, ALAC, WAV and AIFF, with a vinyl LP offered as the physical option. That makes it a straightforward choice for people already following the group, Melbourne rock listeners filling in the 2026 releases they’re tracking, and anyone who wants the new material in a lossless download or on vinyl. There’s no track-by-track detail here, but eleven songs gives the record room to be a full-length release rather than a short one.
