Harris Heller's Electric is a stream of lofi beats that doesn't try to be anything else. It opens with Twinkle Tunes, a little synth melody over a kick that stays soft, and then Under the City Lights drops a bassline that reminds me of early night driving soundtracks. The whole thing stays around 85 to 95 bpm, with crackle and vinyl noise on nearly every track. Some of it drifts into background territory, like Afternoon Drift, but then Neon in the Metropolis picks up with a filtered beat and pitch-shifted vocal samples that actually grab attention.

It comes out of StreamBeats, Harris Heller's label out of Salt Lake City. He's been at this since 2023 and Electric is basically functional music for people who need a tempo to work to or a mood that doesn't demand anything. The album is sixteen tracks long and it does not change pace much. That is fine if you want it as a steady pulse. The quiet after the storm track does what it says on the tin and that is about as deep as it gets.

People who like chillhop playlists on YouTube will probably like this. People who want surprises will not find many. The production is clean, the beats are polite, and it sounds exactly like what the genre tag says.

Sixteen tracks of steady lofi beats that stay in one lane and do it cleanly.
