Reporting a bug
Tell us your macOS version, your audio device, the file format, and what the signal path showed when it went wrong. That is usually enough to reproduce it.
Purchases and refunds
Billing runs through the Mac App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple via Report a Problem. If something is broken rather than just disappointing, write to us first.
